பொங்கல் விழா 2019 (19/19) பங்கேற்பாளர் அழைப்பு

நண்பர்களே!

நமது அமைப்பின் 2019ம் ஆண்டுக்கான பொங்கல் கொண்டாட்டம் வரும் தை மாதம் முதல் 3 வது  வாரங்களில் நடத்தத் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளோம் (Jan 19th). இடமும் நேரமும் இ-வைட் தளத்தின் மூலம் அமைப்பாளர்களால் தனியாக அறிவிக்கப்படும்.

இதற்கிடையில் விழா என்று வந்துவிட்டால் கலைநிகழ்ச்சிகள் இல்லாமலா? நமது ஆண்டு விழாவில் ஆடல் பாடல் நாடகம் என்று எல்லாம் களைகட்டியது, இந்த முறையும் அது தொடரும் என நம்புகிறோம். ஆகவே நிகழ்ச்சி பற்றிய விவரங்களை இந்த மின்னஞ்சலுக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்துவிட்டு ஒத்திகைகளைத் தொடங்குங்கள்.

நிகழ்வுகளை பதிவு செய்ய,  events@thetamilsofgroc.org  என்னும் மின்னஞ்சலுக்கு  அனுப்பவும். நிகழ்வு பதிவுக்கான கடைசி நாள் நவ 23 ம் தேதி ஆகும்.

கடந்த நிகழ்வில் உங்களிடமிருந்து பெற்ற கருத்துகளில் பெரும்பான்மையோர் குழு நிகழ்ச்சிகளை விட தனி நிகழ்ச்சிகள் அதிகமிருப்பதாகவும், ஒரே பாடலுக்கு பலர் நடனம் ஆடியதாகவும், பெரியவர்களின் நிகழ்ச்சிகள் குறைவாக இருந்ததாகவும் தெரிவித்திருந்தனர். அதனால் இந்த முறை குழு நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கே முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்படும். தங்கள் நிகழ்ச்சியை கூடிய விரைவில், ஆட இருக்கும் பாடல்(ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட பாடல்கள் என்றால் அத்தனையையும்) அனுப்பிப் பதிவு செய்யவும். ஒரே பாடலை இரண்டு குழுக்கள் பதிவு செய்திருந்தால் இரண்டாவதாக பதிவு செய்யும் குழு வேறு பாடலைத் தெரிவு செய்ய பணிக்கப்படுவார்கள். ஆகவே தாமதிக்காமல் உடனடியாக பதிவு செய்யுங்கள்.

இது உங்கள் குழந்தைகள் மட்டுமல்ல, உங்கள் திறமைகளை வெளிப்படுத்தும் நேரம்! எனவே உங்கள் பெயரையும் / நிகழ்வுகளையும் பதிவு செய்யுங்கள்.

கடந்த காலத்தைப் போலவே இம்முறையும் பட்டிமன்றம்  அல்லது கருத்தரங்கம் நடத்த திட்டமிட்டுள்ளோம். நீங்கள் அதில் கலந்து கொள்ள விரும்பினால், உங்கள் பெயரையும், நீங்கள் விரும்பும் தலைப்புகளையும் அனுப்பவும்.

  இந்த நிகழ்வை ஒரு பெரிய வெற்றியாக மாற்றுவதற்கு எங்களுக்கு தங்களின்  அன்பும் ஆதரவும் தேவை. மேலும் தகவலுக்கு காத்திருக்கவும்.

Dear TGROC Friends!

Our next big celebration "Pongal 2019" will be held on 3rd week of January(Jan 19th). The venue and the timing will be emailed and evite will be sent by the organizers in a short while.

We had blast of events at our last party and we hope it continues this time too. So, please enroll your events and start practicing. We will ROCK it.

Last event we received feedback that we have too many individual events with very few grown-up events and same song played too many times. So, this time we have decided to give priority to group events and encourage more adults participating. Please register with your selection of songs (if it is a medley of more than one song list all songs). If more than one group selected the same song, the first registered group only will be allowed to perform the song and the second group should select a new song. So, please hurry up before it is too late.

Like in the past, we are planning to hold a pattimandram or karutharangam. If you want to participate in it, send us your name and topic you like.

We need all the support to make this event a big hit. Please watch for more information to follow.
